I ate clean all weekend. I am proud. I am digging this low carb thing. I feel amazing and I don't want it to change. Share with the world!!!!
We had two picnics and each picnic was filled with meats and veggies. The lack of bread and carbs are barely noticeable now.

Once I accepted that I will never be able to eat what I want AND look the way I want, it fell into place. I will not be fat again. I love my size 2 jeans too much!!!!!!!!

The weekend workouts were fantastic. I trained two people and realized how in shape I really am. Good thing I have that drive to do more. Now it is time to begin bulking...although I am not sure where to even begin. Haha. At least I am in shape now though, now just to grow some of those muscles. 101 lb of muscles so far on a 130 lb girl. Go me.
