Got a new Treadmill for my birthday! Sunday i used the treadmill for 30 mins (up to speed of 4.0) and basic yoga for 30 mins for stretching, Monday treadmill 30 mins (up to speed of 4.5) and some 30 mins of stretching, Tuesday treadmill for 30 mins (up to speed 5.0) and light stretching. So far so good with exercising, trying to cut down on at least 200 calories a day to help increase weight loss. I will take my weight tomorrow to see how well i did in the last few days and continue my exercise routine.
