I calculated my August weight loss & updated my monthly weight loss total.
Thanks to Tulipgirl for getting me to do this every month. :)

January: 1 lb lost - gaining and losing the same five pounds over and over!
February: 9 lbs lost - 5000 steps or 2.5 miles a day!
March: 5.2 lbs lost
April: 6.4 lbs lost
May: 6.2 lbs lost
June: 5.8 lbs lost
July: 5.6 lbs lost
August: 6 lbs lost
Total lost since January 1st: 45.2 lbs!
147.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
