Wow what a workout I realize just how weak I am, I did Core Synergestics part of the trasition phase of PX90X and it was tough little difficult when you hit muscle failure using 16 pound weight or doing Superman/Banana Rolls. But I made it through more motivated today thanks to a friend ;)
