Finally! after weeks and weeks of being stuck, I get to lose decent numbers!
This week I got my "spark" back. You know, that "something" that gives you the push and motivation to fight and do things right. I've been looking for it for soooo loooong! But I finally got it back. I've been doing just "o-k", but not really trying with my all. But this week I decided to take control and did GREAT.
I reaaaaally, really hope I don't lose my spark. Because it's SO HARD to get it back!

YES!! I am SO happy! I gave it my all this week, I hope I can keep it up! I have hypothyroidism, so that weight loss means SO MUCH to me! I feel like I lost the double of it! hehe
