Just looked at lovergirls journal, I so need to stop feeling sorry for myself and get out of the 160s for good. I just got back to insanity today and want to start running again, might do that tonight, although it is my birthday I might have take away and a bottle of wine instead, or I could do all of it, I'm a bad Buny1. Have to get down to at least 154lb by end of sept and ideally down 14lb by 8th October when I go to do my Cambridge Consultant training, that's 2-3 lb a week from now, not an impossible task!!! Right that weight history chart is going to start heading down and down and down, not down and up and down and up.

Ahh thanks guys that, I did have a lovely day, was spoilt by my lovely hubby and everyone, got lots of birthday wishes from all walks of life, was very touched, never had so many birthday wishes.
Didn't run but had a good walk and of course Insanity, so not beating myself up. So done Insane Abs this morning, well all I can say is... ouch, as they say "no pain , no gain".
Well going to be good rest of week, festival on week end, then back to it properly on Monday
