Lately I find myself counting how many calories I still need to eat to stay healthy rather than counting how many calories I have left for the day. I don't understand it. At all. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, it is 7:00 and I still need to eat 500 calories. I've done this before enough times and I have never had it so easy. Even when I am not dieting I get moody, out of it and tired if I do not eat enough by a certain time. This is just strange to me....
