I know that folks say to me... why would you want to loose another 53 lbs, or you look fine the way you are, or you'll be too skinny at that weight.
I appreciate their opinions but I gotta stick to my guns and what feels comfortable to me. As I remember... that was a great weight, which is why I chose it.
