Yesterday I did well with my exercise, did abs, shred and swam.
For dinner the family got take out chinese - I had some fruit and chicken chow mein/ shrimp with broccoli - not big servings and no rice but I'm thinking it was probably high in sodium etc. I wanted more! Missing the morning weigh-ins!

Wow! You worked out hard! Keep up the good work and don't think about the scale, enjoy your break from it and you will get a nice surprise when you get back.

Nice workout! I am so jealous about swim. you will have a weigh-in soon, but enjoy your time without it... maybe you will be pleasantly surprised. :)
