Today was not a good day - daughter woke up wheezing with throat closing - rushed her to doctors and got a speeding ticket. Doctor treated her - viral inflamation in throat but ticket is going to kill me - new reduced speed zone that I didn't see the sign for. Found out a friend's wife is going into hospice instead of bone marrow transplant.. really just wanted to go back to bed and have a good cry...
Drove to my Dads for the weekend - not sure how I'm going to do over here but I did run to the store and get the basic foods I'll need - just made dinner and managed fine so hopefully I can stay away from the wine - tonight I could drink a bottle!
No shred today - did swim some laps...
