Had a hard time last night resisting temptation - ended up eating watermelon! I was soooo hungry - had two pieces of light wheat toast AFTER dinner - figured I ate from boredom or restlessness but I was actually really hungry!! Wonder if my appetite will eventually go back to normal where I'm not hungry 2 hours after dinner at 10:00 at night!!!
Did my exercise later in the day - came close to blowing it off - need to get it done before kids come home from school - it is way to hard even for 20 minutes to fit it in later...
so happy it's Friday - need a break.
Took my measurements this morning - no change which is sad since its been 9 days. Although I did see that I spelled waist wrong - waste? really? lol

Was remembering this morning a conversation I had with my brother over 20 years ago - I had gotten married and lost a lot of weight - best shape I had ever been in and my brother was telliing me how great I looked.... I remember that feeling and saying how I hadn't realized how bad I was feeling until I lost the weight and realized how great it felt! Remember vowing right then never to put the weight on again... haha oh well.... bottom line - I want to feel that way again - I WANT to feel good and pretty and healthy....

True but I had a good dinner - my eating habits must have been really bad and because I wasn't writing everything down, I just didn't notice - which I guess will explain why I'm overweight!! I mean - who eats toast after dinner? :)
