Today, I will have my one alcoholic drink for the day right after work. I guess it will settle and I will essentially be able to run it off when I go to the park with Rachel. Running sucks. I have bad feet and bad ankles from dancing and my Murphy's accident, so it is hard to push myself mentally when I am in physical pain. Five laps around the park is a mile, and I want to be able to do that by the time I go on vacation. Today I have had my cayenne tea with half a lemon, a cup of green tea with a tablespoon of honey, 25 almonds and three chunks of cheese. So far, I am at roughly 600 calories I think?
