Can I kill someone lol.. Lord what do I have to do to make that scale show me a new number.. why do some ppl lose weight soo fast and me soo darn slow...I am looking into doing the old atkins for a week... to see if it will give me a whoosh...
267.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sometimes, the scale just doesn't move. It will though. and down .6 is pretty good:-)

Hang in there. I have some weeks where it shows little to nothing in terms of loss. Then another week it shows more. The first 6 weeks I worked out showed NOTHING! Talk about frustrating. It all works out over time.
