My weight finally went down again! It's only 0.4lbs, and it could be just a random fluctuation, but I'm still smiling about it. I took all my vitamins (with a full glass of water) this morning, recorded every last thing I ate, and did a full hour of exercise after school. My parents are going to kill me with dinners though. They decided to go out to Fortel's Pizza tonight. They never go out during the week. I settled for an Italian sub and only ate half of it. It's difficult to estimate calories based off what's in the calorie counter when we go to such local places, but I feel confident that I found a reasonable match. I was really proud of myself for doing a full half hour of cardio and half hour of yoga for stress relief today. Since tomorrow will be a similar schedule, I'm hoping I can do the same tomorrow or do an hour of yoga for flexibility and stress relief.
