Really scared. I tried to increase my calories and maybe I went "too high?" I think I was too low. I don't want to gain. I've "almost" lost 20 pounds and want to lose 75 more! Not easy as I need to get through this. It's important to be healthy, but this seems like a lot of calories.

This is a journey, my friend, so experimenting with calories can be a good thing. If you're not happy with the results, you can always change it up again. Xoxox

I usually have 10 oz of wine a night. I have one when I come home from work and another while relaxing watching my shows. Maybe I need to cut one out!

Ruhu--Thanks. I really don't know what I'm doing, but it seems like I had a lot more calories tonight. I don't usually eat fat-free pretzels anymore, but I worked an extra 1 1/2 and thought I'd be starved by the time I got home. Ah, tomorrow, the scale will tell me!

Today was a good day for Jillzee ... I think eating 600 - 700 calories or less a day, every day, is suicide.

Thanks everyone. Like I said, the only thing I know about losing weight is not to eat much and to exercise. Trying to do it right! Guess it will feel better when I get down to a better size? I just started on the 2nd and still learning.

Keep studying up on exercise and nutrition. I use to eat 2-3 times a day. Was a size 6 but I wanted definition. I have worked out 5-7 days a week for the past 15 years and sometimes addressed the nutrition. Well now I have hired a trainer to lean me out. I eat 6-7 times a day about every 2 1/2-3 hours. I carb cycle. My weight has dropped a bit but even more my fat is disappearing and you can see my cuts in muscle more and more. After week two of doing this we have increased my metabolism. I am leaning out so fast and all we did was change my nutrition. I feel great. Feel toned and love watching my body change. Please eat often. 3-4 oz of protein with every meal. 4 oz veggies with each meal and starchy carb every other meal. In no time you will see the difference.

When losing weight, its important to keep a good calorie intake, but making sure you have the right foods is key. Taking in the right fats, carbs, protein, nutrients is key. Healthier foods and excersize will promote weight loss. But in return if you don't take enough calories in, the body is malnourished.

I definitely need to figure this out. I eat a very healthy dinner. I have to work on my morning and afternoon. I'm going to try that today.
