Yesterday the emitional storm I was feeling inside broke. I had energy and felt enlightened. Heck I even got my list of chores done if you can believe it.
Then the good and beautiful things started to happen! After I went to the grocery store I helped an elderly lady get her groceries in the car. After that with very dark storm clouds eating up the sky I saw a truly beautiful site. There was a flock of seagulls that had perched on the top of a building with the dark sky behind them they honestly looked to be glowing. For the finally it was a double rainbow that filled the sky with colour. A friend of mine took a picture and it truly looked like it was right over our apartment building.
Now who can say that these were not true signs of better things to come.
So although I did not eat great once again, I did manage to not over or under do it. Today marks a new day, and I will once again be eating and exercising like I should.
Of course the walking will be necessity due to the fact that I'm short on bus fare, but I'm okay with that because it's good for me!
Sometimes it's the smallest and weakest light that truly allows us to open our eyes.
And guide us through our journeys!
