Yesterday was a blur with my sons stomach bug, which hit me at about noon and I laid curled up on the couch with severe stomach pain. I didn't follow my diet at all, I ate a whole package of saltines over the coarse of the day to calm my tummy. I didn't record my food correctly yesterday but in the end it doesn't matter because I lost a pound. Cheat/sick-day didn't even discourage me one bit. Today I'm right back on it...I did 35 mins of Level 2 "Biggest Loser Boot Camp". I'm pouring sweat though and feel a little weak. Hoping to get my hour of Just Dance on the wii tonight with the kids. I'll do as much as I can!!
