Exercise (ZUMBA obviously BEST) is KEY... Though you can never out-exercise a bad diet,Zumba gives you a ALL-IN-ONE weight AND Cardio workout like nothing else. PLAN! - If you fail to plan, you plan to FAIL... Keep the right foods, easy to prepaire and FRESH as far as possible at hand... I have found that in this hectic beginning of my new business year I gained weight first because I didn't plan my meals and second I did not take the time out to SIT DOWN and eat. Then you start nibbling on all the wrong foods. PLAN WHAT you eat, PLAN WHEN you eat and ZUMBA!
