Exercise (ZUMBA obviously BEST) is KEY... Though you can never out-exercise a bad diet,Zumba gives you a ALL-IN-ONE weight AND Cardio workout like nothing else.
PLAN! - If you fail to plan, you plan to FAIL... Keep the right foods, easy to prepaire and FRESH as far as possible at hand... I have found that in this hectic beginning of my new business year I gained weight first because I didn't plan my meals and second I did not take the time out to SIT DOWN and eat. Then you start nibbling on all the wrong foods.
PLAN WHAT you eat, PLAN WHEN you eat and ZUMBA!
170.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
