It feels like I can keep on track and continue to eat right and exercise, but there seems to be bit of slow motivation for me these past of couple of weeks. It appears that there's always some event to go to that has the not so healthy foods and you're pretty much left to defend for yourself. So try as I might my constraint fails me and I end up eating something that makes me sick.

You needd to eat as clean as you can the rest of the time and put in exercise on the days of these events. Then at the event, eat something before you go so you aren't starving there and overeat the bad stuff. You can enjoy food not on the plan, in moderation, as long as you plan for it and try to worko it in. Don't get discouraged, you can do it!

Just keep trying, even if that means you just get the 2 healthy meals during the day and blow it a little in the evening. It's better than nothing. Hopefully things will slow down for you and you can get back on track in full swing. Good Luck!

You know how it is over the summer, there are a ton of get togethers, bar-b-ques, ect. You have to be strong. Eating before you go out is a good idea or try to stick to chicken and a veggie, if is is available. The important thing is not to give up all together. Just jump right back on track. You are doing so well.
