Third day back on low carb high fat—sticking to my macros 99%—and I’m down 2 lbs! I don’t care if it’s just water weight, seeing the scale drop is definitely motivating🙂and I feel better which is the real motivation.
123.2 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! I just looked at my food log and realized my pre-planning was sticking to my macros 99% but reality wavered a bit...I forgot already haha! I’m doing better than I have most of the summer and I’m below my goal weight so I’m doing ok for now 🤞🏻 would love to reach 120 before we head to England, Scotland and Paris in 2 weeks (just so I can enjoy my trip and not go way over my goal weight)
