Totally stress eating right now and then add PMS on top of it! Help, I'm out of control! Okay not really, it just feels like that sometimes. But trying to chase negative thoughts away when they happen and have an attitude of gratitude. So here are 5 things I am grateful for today.

1) It is an absolutely perfect beautiful sunny day in Northern MN.
2) Though challenging, I am able to spend time with my Alzheimer's dad during this final phase and in turn also get time to be with my other family members.
3) I have a loving/caring husband
4) Overall I am very healthy
5) I love my job!

Okay, you go! Name 5 things you are grateful for right now.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

This is a great practice and one I need to do more, so thanks for getting it going! 1) I'm loved by many 2) I have a great job where I excel and am appreciated 3) My health issues aren't major and will improve with weight loss 4) I live in beautiful Utah 5) I have a support group on FS!
