Back on track - restarted week 4 of p90x since I played hooky last week... Went running again and for a swim - lost .2 pounds and started laughing when it said at that rate it would take me 12 months to reach my goal.... oops!

Isn't that so encouraging when you see how long it will take you to reach your goal. I think the last time I looked at mine it was 24 months. I thought oh great! All we can do is laugh and keep going. I'm proud of you for getting back on track. It is so easy to just give up, but we're not going to; right!

Megan, what makes p90x so good? I've noticed a lot of people mentioning it lately and went to the site but couldn't see what distinguishes it off hand. Do you need any special equipment, or can it be done at home? Thanks for any input.
