I was in a plateau. Then I discovered Oikos Greek yogurt - which is yummy. It seemed to trigger my desire for sweet dairy and I gained a few pounds. Ugh. I would stop and get an ice cream cone through fast food or eat two Greek yogurts. It really triggered my appetite. I am back to lean savory protein and veggies.
