I'm really worried about my binge today. I know that the scale isn't going to say what I wish it would tomorrow morning. I should have the house to myself all day so I'm going to do my best to work out as much as possible to make up for it.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
