Finally broke thru my plateau! For about a month I had been stuck at 153 lbs. Now I’ve finally dipped below the 150 mark! Quite the testament to stick with it even when the scales are not showing the progress you’ve hoped for :)

Still to go: 14.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
