keto w/if mostly. I flex between 16/8 and 23/1

yup yup! mostly only have cream in coffee, I could give that up , and then only eat dinner around 6 and a fat snack like almond butter a few hours later if my calories are low. I found awesome recipes on YouTube for keto taco shells, keto tortillas, Keto opsie bread for buns but mostly stick to salads. so far so good. good luck!
