Broke my ankle, had surgery a year from the day, and now I'm recovering from pneumonia. I'm fat and sick of being 20 pounds overweight.

I'm going to try the intermittent fasting two days a week while sticking to my Paleo-ish lifestyle. Here we go again.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
