Been out to eat 2x in 3 days. I think I’m getting the hang of this. I have a heavy heart today, I have to go away suddenly from my family, and while I have given them all a couple days to prepare, it’s MY heart that hurts this morning. It’s never enough time, and I just hate being away from them. I have no idea what the food will be like where I’m going, and I feel like everything is up in the air. Chances are I will experience further drops due to fasting, for lack of choice... to be continued...
