I have not properly stepped on the scale in over 2 months and I thought I had gone off the rails and gained weight. Properly - I mean I have not been consistently weighing myself at the same time everyday or with the same scale. April 1 was the last time I posted on here (153.2) and according to that I lost some. The scale said 151.6, but I could not believe I hit that low so I rounded up to 152. It was a different scale than before and a much older scale - it possibly was inaccurate.
I moved out of my dad's and in with my Aunt's since April 1st and I had my graduation ceremony with my AA. It's nice to know that I haven't gained any weight.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
