extended fast...I'm sure quite a bit of water weight but I'm not complaining...I started 3 wks ago at 212 but joined this group a few days ago.....holy ketosis Batman!! hope everyone is having a great day!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
