Today was my second day of eating off Whole30, and it's been interesting. Mostly I'm a bit scared about making poor choices now that I don't have that Whole30 'fence' around me.
Yesterday we ate 2 meals out.
Lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant: Lemongrass Chicken vermicelli bowl with, get this, no vermicelli and extra salad/veggies. I felt really good about that and it was delicious.
Dinner at El Sabor: Pollo Asado, no rice, 1/2 a corn tortilla, some refried beans and a bit of salad with a teaspoon or so of dressing. I ate more chicken than I wanted to, but at least I didn't go nuts.
Today was a Whole30 compliant breakfast, salad bar with a bit of cheese and not having to worry if there was some dairy in things which was nice.
