Radical change in dinner plans. I am like you abbadabba, i never want what i have planned. I tried these "Bibimbap burgers" that i bought on a whim, and i tried making fried cauliflower rice for first time bc you all have inspired me! It was absolutely delicious!

It really was! Never had Korean food, but i think i am going to try it! And really, w/the cauliflower i forget i am not eating rice.
