Had raw coconut meat along with my coffee this morning ! ! ! What a treat. Off to the races today, children, school, brother who needs help, husband on 2nd shift. What is my plan? Going to wait to eat until 4, when 12 year old gets home. Chicken salad!

I once ate a whole coconut, then logged the calories and fat grams, then silently died inside 🙈 it’s one of my top 5 favorite fooods. So I eat it regularly in moderation

🤷🏻‍♀️ I was definitely full and definitely satisfied that day! I have to say, I love coconut so much that once in a while, it’s the only thing I eat all day and it’s definitely worth it

I actually love breading white fish with unsweetened flakes. It’s so light that it tastes nummy to me. But my family all hates coconut. LOL 🙇🏻‍♀️
