Can't wait until these steroids are finished and my gut returns to normal. Hate this feeling that there is a vice around my midsection. My abd is so distended. Did better with water today. surprise party that I had not bargained for. ended up eating things I had not planned to.

Not good about food journal. Just so glad that I haven't gained weight with all the steroids I have been on. Still getting disturbingly distended after I eat. Could that be due to the hypnosis tapes. Haven't used the tapes in two days. Plan to wake up early to use tomorrow before work. Need to pack my lunch. As soon as I can I want to start walking.
