I feel great...and best of all cravings are gone plus I actually get a sense of fullness after eating my meals, which I've never experienced. I use to always feel this wanting or need, like something was missing. Now I know, my brain needed Serotorin. The Serotonin Power Diet really works.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
