No hunger pains still. Feeling the energy, so I have planned to train for and run in a 5K. Mapped out my work out schedule for the month of August last night.

Weigh-in: 169.4 lb

I feel great...and best of all cravings are gone plus I actually get a sense of fullness after eating my meals, which I've never experienced. I use to always feel this wanting or need, like something was missing. Now I know, my brain needed Serotorin. The Serotonin Power Diet really works.
