long day ahead, couldn't have my regular breakfast of 2hard boiled eggs and matcha tea or black coffee but improvising with nuts and of course my coffee... that I can't do without lol planning a yummy dinner of spaghetti squash with mock cauliflower "Alfredo" and chicken breast tonight. it's going to be yummy!
230.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
