still the same. getting very frustrated!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to wait 3 days before weighing yourself again. You are going to make yourself even more frustrated by weighing yourself everyday.

My daughter is experience the same as you. But she has been working out some with videos and walking. I believe she is gaining muscle and losing fat, but since muscle weighs more than fat, it is not registering on the scale. Try taking your measurements and on those weeks that the pounds don't seem to move compare the inches lost.

Hang in there! I'm not moving off my weight right now either. My rings are snug so I'm hoping I'm just retaining water. That's what I'm going to tell myself for the next couple of days! :)

Hang in there. Sometimes your body just needs to take a breather. Don't sweat it, if you keep doing the right things eventually the scale will reflect your hard work.
