Whoo hoo! into the 140's. Atkins site is down...gasp! how shall I go on? I miss the chats and info...I have to take the next two lessons for OWL.Kyle and Becca came for coffee...I did not have ice cream, coffee cake, even though served!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
