I started my diet program 4 weeks ago, and I have lost an amazing 17 lbs. I do feel it will be tougher now to continue this weight loss process through ketosis, not in the sense of eating that part has been satisfying and I haven't felt better. Mentally is where the challenge is for me. it takes great discipline to know what is right and wrong when choosing your daily meals and I still use the 3-day military diet meal outline as a guide keeping in mind calorie content and nutrient needed for that meal when I decide to substitute. I also know that I need to do some type of cardio exercise for at least an hour a day. I found that an hour of cardio can be achieved by just doing house cleaning or yard work for an hour and if you work that's even better you get paid for it, Lol.
