may I asked you what your current weight and goal weight are in I am misreading your chart. From what your chart says you're at 107 lb and your goal is 88 lbs ? is that right?., how tall are you, how old are you, I'm not trying to be nosey but this info can help us to help you

Are you tracking what you eat here? That makes a huge difference. It allows for you to pinpoint foods that can be eliminated or cut back on. I'm not real strict on what I eat, but there are a few things I had to cut out. Best advise I can give is to learn, and obey portion sizes. If that means filling your freezer with frozen meals then so be it. Those "lean" frozen meals (Lean Cuisine, etc.) aren't necessary good for you, they are mostly carb-heavy, but they do instill portion size. It takes a little while, but your body will adapt to the smaller portion sizes.

@Xanderjoey - looks like you're not following a particular "way of eating" - may I suggest that you get your protein UP to start off with? @Shrinking_Shamrock is asking you some questions that will help us help you in this journey you're taking, so please rely on the community's support... and you'll soon realize success.

Sorry about it.. I'm quite new to this apps .. So my current weight is 108 lbs and my goal is 88 lbs .. I'm 160cm .. And 22 years old .. Before this I was 88 lbs then after 3 years I've gained it without realizing it . So I would need some advice on how to motivate myself on not eating junk foods sometimes I ate too much of junk foods and didn't even had my proper meals .. I've been binge eating for couple weeks and couldn't stop it .. Also I've tracked whatever I ate and key in all those calories intakes but whenever I binge eat, I didn't key in those calories for the whole day because it's just too much I guess .. Btw I'm a vegan ..

ok, so you're approximately 5' 3 inches.., that's taller than me., and you want to weigh 88lbs?., though it's not unheard of, it is also a bit unhealthy because that would put you underweight. I'm only 4'11 inches tall and and have always been told by my physician that for me at least, 120lbs would be very healthy. have you spoken to a dr about your weight goal?

I don't mean to sound crude, but weighing less than 5 1/2 stone is not enough

I c .. I've never spoken to anyone or even a doctor about my diet or weight goals .. I mean I keep on lose n gain weight all this while it's like a yoyo diet plus I didn't quite like the results .. Anyways can u share with me some tips on how u lose weight and how to control hunger ?

more than happy to share advice and suggestions, but with it being the case that you haven't spoken to a physician, yes, take our advice but I also strongly suggest you see a dr and discuss things with them and follow what they say. a couple of things I CAN suggest at this point is #1 drink lots of water.., #2 protein is key, whether in shakes or in a solid food, getting enough protein is very important.

I c.. I'm afraid they would say I'm underweight .. Because that's what I often get .. But I don't consume much protein only certain nuts .. How long do u think it takes to lose few pounds ? And is it possible for me to follow my diet plan Coz most of the time I didn't follow it after couple weeks .. That's how I gained all my weights ..

each person's body works differently, what may take me a day or 2 may take you longer OR less time than it takes me as an example. this is a question that I can't give you an answer to as I would again have to suggest that you see a physician and get their expert opinion on the matter. You may be uncomfortable at your current weight but a dr can give you much more detailed information than I am comfortable giving. I am not a dr and would doing you an injustice giving you information., but please be more concerned about your health than your weight, being underweight can be dangerous.
