No gym the last two days. Been feeling kind of crummy and TIRED! Think it's one part weather, one part over doing the weekend, and one part cold/allergies.
No getting around the gym today, have a one hour training session and will do at least half hour/hour of cardio before hand. Now I just need to find the energy.....coffee please!
