Well my scale is an a$$hole I am certain! It couldn't give 1 oz to get under 200 🙄ugggghhhhh SERIOUSLY not even 1 oz. Oh well progress is progress. 12 days on keto and 12 lbs down. Not to shabby. Granted 8 lbs came off in the first week so it slowed this week but there's still 2 more days left to get some more poundage off.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@aaronpark it is!!! Lol but it's being nicer the last couple days. I am trying to break an unhealthy addiction to the scale so I'm not recording but it did go down today! Yeeeaaaa.

@From371to184 thank you! I'm still pushing forward. Right about now is the time I start to self sabatoger and start little cheats which lead to bigger ones then quitting. That is just not an option this time.
