Had a close to a week of down time, not much working out and eating well but not paying attention as closely as I might otherwise. Between travel and feeling sick for a few days I was sure I was going to get dinged on the scale...pleasantly surprised when I weighed myself this morning.
Think there might be some other factors at play, but I don't want to jinx it so I'll just enjoy the slight loss and stay focused on being healthy.
Had a nice 5 mile run yesterday, lite cardio and an hour of weight training today...hopefully a nice dinner tonight and keep the routine going the rest of the week.
