Yep. She's back! Walked 5 miles yesterday in 68 minutes at an incline for a total calorie burn of 850 calories! Man, that felt good. I love walking on a treadmill. Love the de-stressing feeling and love watching the calorie burn count go up and up. Ate well. Stayed within my target calories too. Woot! Feels good. I am 4 pounds away from my first goal. 5 from my second and 8.5 from my "OH MY GOSH! CAN'T BELIEVE I DID IT!" goal. I've got to stay motivated.
