I’ve been drinking a detoxing lemon water every morning and afternoon for a week now and I do feel a difference. I blend all the ingredients and strain the pulp. I pour the drink in a mason jar and drink half the lemon in the morning and the other half before afternoon workout.

1 lemon
4 cups
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp honey
186.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
