Well, I had a few beers and Tyler and Ellie's wedding, so I was going to wait a few days to weigh myself, but then Matt weighed when we got home (no change) and so did I - and I gained 7 lbs! So I was depressed, thinking about all the stuff I didn't eat, and "I should have" if I was going to gain 7 lbs anyway! Well then I just buckled down over the last few days, and I've dropped most of that.

So now TD and I have a new contest going. The first one to lose 20 lbs from today, gets a visit from the other, and their spouse. So I HAVE to win, because I don't want to go to Nac in the Summer! It's hot. So, game on brother. ;-)
199.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
