This week was very stressful with family in Vegas and the shooting. I was not able to workout on Monday or Friday. However I did workout on Saturday getting in four days this week of two-day split yoga stretch/weights/cardio. I did good on the nutrition on all days with no sugar. Sunday I fell and had a high day of fat mixed with high carbs. Overall I did loose another pound. weighing in at 143. Thank you for your support. Have a great week.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
