Time to reduce volume of food. Focus on small dinner and some fruit. Stop eating by 7:30pm. Need to reduce weight by 500gm per week minimum. Start weights and running. very light Monday & Wednesday.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
