Today's weigh-in (compared to 2 days ago - Sunday 17th September)
weight 68.6kg (+0.8kg)
fat 16.9% = 11.6kg (-0.1kg)
water 54.4% = 37.3kg (+0.8kg)

Another 0.1kg of fat gone...
The water has increased because I was dehydrated on Sunday morning (wine).
151.2 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
